After Sales Service Support

Bestowed Biz Consultants, being a marketing Organisation, deal in a wide range of engineering products that require different degrees of specialisation when it comes to After Sales Service support. Though we have got people capable of providing After Sales Service support for quite a number of mechanical equipment being marketed by us but, over a period of time, it was felt that specialisation in After Sales Service of all the products being marketed by us for and on behalf of our various overseas Principals was not feasible because, besides the qualified and trained manpower, special in-house set-up with repairing and testing facilities along with a well-equipped tool room was also required. We, therefore, tied-up with various domestic engineering companies which specialise in the servicing of certain category of products. These engineering companies attend to the After Sales Service requirements of the end customers, whenever need be, under directions from us/ our Principals.

Integration of people in the respective organisations coupled with backup support from our Principals and active response systems have resulted in a successful set-up for providing After Sales Service support.
